I really gotta ask, 

Is this city what it says it is?

The City of Los Angeles 

means its the City of The Angels

yet, some of the things it is known for doesn't seem too angelic

Bloods, Crips, MS-13, 18th Street, Arian Brotherhood, Do they rep this city right?

How about the people swimming in money when they know people are starving and all they can do is talk shit about middle class, and look down upon everyone? they are not angels.

Yet, they live up in the hills of The City of The Angels. 

and these people are so strong, they have so much 

but they don't use it the best way possible

like, couldn't all of the crack sales stamp out world hunger?

couldn't the money of the people swimming in money and the strength, and power of the gangs being united together help fix the worlds problems?
